It is "unseemly" for the County to keep any tax auction proceeds over the amount of taxes owed. Post 18
I'm running across more information regarding the legalized plundering of our people. In the name of "the law" politicians are stealing our property.
I edited this article. The story is a sad one. Our government feels that is can do anything it wants just by passing a law. I truly do not know where that philosophy comes from however no one asks this question. "Where does the explicit authority come from to pass this law?"
Are there any limits to passing laws in this philosophy?" No. There are no practical limits. A lawyer/legislator will connive, wangle, slither and slime their way into your pocketbook, controlling your life, your liberty and your property.
This is precisely why the Founders insisted upon a gold backed currency. They knew, from history, that an ungrounded currency was an open door to gross over spending and therefore high taxes and, most importantly, control by the elite.
Please do not be fooled - the mouthings of the miscreant political class says things that seem like they are just "wanting to do good." Politicians create their grandiose programs with the sure knowledge that these programs create patronage jobs that the politician controls. He gets the power and the glory, you pay the bill.
And if you cannot pay the tax bill - you lose your property! What a country!!!
Government overreach is the reason that the Founders insisted upon a strong 2nd Amendment. They knew that the greatest thief in history is government, through taxation and control. Only an armed citizenry can defend itself against the "legalized plunder" as instituted by greatest thieves in history.
